NUTRITION

Break free of the shame and guilt-filled cycles of restrictive dieting and emotional eating. Food should nourish the body AND be enjoyed. Reconnect with your body’s natural hunger signals and work toward your goals, all without cutting out your favorite foods. Macro and calorie counting NOT required, but can be used if that’s what works well for YOU.

 

Eat to look good, feel good, and build a healthy relationship with food.

SLEEP

Master the most important tool in your life when it comes to physical and mental recovery & well-being. Improve your sleep quantity, your sleep quality, or both!

 

Boost your natural energy throughout the day, recover better from exercise, and set your body up for success for your other health goals.

STRESS MANAGEMENT

Everyone has a cup that can only be filled with so much stress—the good and the bad. We have three options: 1) make a bigger cup, 2) take things out of the cup, and 3) find better ways to cope with what’s in your cup.

 

Implement realistic stress-management strategies that fit your lifestyle. Address the coping mechanisms that are no longer helping you (like emotional eating). Find more moments of peace, and free up emotional energy to pursue the things that matter.

MOVEMENT

Incorporate more activity and movement throughout the day at the level, intensity, and pace that works for you.

 

As opposed to personal training, this side of coaching is all about how to integrate exercise and movement habits into your life, how to build consistency, and how to move in ways that will improve your physical, mental, and emotional health.  

 

CLIENT-CENTERED COACHING

You are a unique human being with your own goals, dreams, and past experiences that will all influence how your coaching is tailored to YOU.

 

You know yourself better than anyone else, and you know what you want to change.

 

Working together is a collaborative effort between you and me. You’ll have all the support and guidance you need, but at the end of the day, you get to call the shots, and you always have the opportunity to say “no” to something. You’ll never feel coerced into doing something that makes you uncomfortable or that you don’t feel ready for.

 

As we work together, you will find a safe space with someone who is deeply invested in your success and happiness, will keep everything you say in the utmost confidence, and is rooting for you every step of the way.

1-on-1 Health Coaching: What's Included

  • Free first session where we get to know each other. You tell me about what your goals are and how you’d like your life and health to be different, what’s worked and hasn’t worked for you in the past, and what’s currently holding you back. Together we’ll build a game plan for you to fully embody that version of yourself you want to be.
  • Weekly 45-minute video coaching sessions. We’ll talk about how the previous week went, overcome challenges you’re facing, and make a solid plan for the coming week so you leave every session feeling confident and set up for success.
  • Take a deep dive into mindset, behaviors, triggers (the helpful and the not-so-helpful), and habits.
  • Between science-backed information and behavioral change strategies, we’ll leverage the strengths you already have and work with the areas where you have room to grow.
  • Text and email access to me throughout the week for encouragement, support, and accountability.
  • Control over your coaching experience. You will never be told that your feelings are wrong, that you’re just not trying hard enough, or to do something you don’t want or are not comfortable with.

Combine health coaching with online training or in-person training and save 15% on health coaching!

Policies:

  • There is a 3-month minimum commitment for all training and health coaching memberships.
  • You may cancel memberships at any time after the initial 3-month commitment. Payments already made at the time of cancellation will not be prorated, but you may continue to schedule sessions through the end of your billing cycle.
  • No-shows for scheduled sessions/check-ins will forfeit their session (rescheduling no-shows due to extenuating circumstances will be at discretion of coach).
  • Your coach will do their best to reschedule late cancellations (within 24 hours), but there is no guarantee of availability, and you may end up forfeiting the session/check-in.
