Welcome to your private gym. Work out in a judgement-free, clean space where there are no strangers watching you or stealing your equipment. Train with your favorite music (or no music at all), get individualized feedback and encouragement, and leave each session feeling empowered and strong.
We’re not turning you into Captain America overnight, but we can build you a bulletproof body that is strong, capable, and will get you off the toilet by yourself as long as possible. Feel the life-changing power of being strong as you toss those 45-lb bags of dog food around with ease and carry heavy suitcases as if they were empty.
Get live feedback, adjustments, and cueing to move in the best way possible for your body. If an exercise isn’t working or causes pain, we fix it then and there. Build strength and learn how to move well in the controlled environment of the gym, so you’re prepared to move and live pain-free in the rest of the world.
When you’ve been working hard in the gym, of course you want to show it off! Work towards the body you want, without having to pound out hours and hours of cardio (your time is more important than that)!
Increase your energy without constant caffeine, sleep more soundly, and feel the deep satisfaction that comes from continuing to show up for yourself and making you a priority.

A note about COVID:
The gym and any equipment used is cleaned between each session. I am fully vaccinated and boosted. Masks are not required if you are fully vaccinated. If you’re not vaccinated, you may be asked to wear a mask.
I am happy to put a mask, regardless of either or our vax statuses, if it makes you more comfortable. Just let me know!
